Returns within 14 days (right of withdrawal)

If you buy as a consumer, or as a sole trader for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Notify us before the 14 days expire — by email to info@automatics.pro or by post to R&L sp. z o.o., ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warszawa, Poland. You may use the form below, but you don’t have to. We will confirm receipt.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us — to the return address given in the order confirmation or, if none is given there, to our registered office. You bear the direct cost of the return, also where the goods cannot be returned by ordinary post because of their weight or size — we will estimate that cost on request before purchase or in the individual delivery quote. Pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit.
3. Get your refund of all payments, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest standard delivery method in the Shop), within 14 days of receiving your notice — by bank transfer to the account you paid from or to another account you indicate. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example after installing them or connecting them to a live supply.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to your specifications (e.g. a distribution board assembled to your design, a product cut to length) or to goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act).

Complaints — goods not in conformity with the contract

We are liable to consumers and to sole traders with consumer rights (Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act) for any lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within two years. You may request repair or replacement and, in the cases provided for in the Consumer Rights Act, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

1. Email info@automatics.pro or write to our registered office. Helpful: order number, description of the problem, date it was noticed, your request and photos.
2. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If we do not reply within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted.
3. We bear the costs of repair, replacement and related shipping — we will collect the goods at our expense.

A manufacturer’s guarantee, if given, applies independently and does not limit your rights.

Business customers

Companies that do not buy with consumer rights have no statutory right of withdrawal; returns are possible by agreement with us. Liability for defects in B2B contracts is governed by §10 of the Shop Terms and Conditions. Report transport damage on receipt (damage report) — we will help with the claim against the carrier.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you disagree with how your complaint was handled, you can use free help from a consumer ombudsman, mediation by the regional Trade Inspection, bodies registered by the President of UOKiK and, for cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre. Details: Shop Terms and Conditions, §7–§9.
