Terms of Service
§1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the automatics.pro website (the “Website”) and constitute the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The service provider is R&L SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warszawa, KRS 0001238807, NIP 5273217497, REGON 544629001, email: info@automatics.pro, phone +48 793 996 171 (the “Provider”).
- A user is anyone who uses the Website (the “User”). Using the Website means accepting these Terms.
§2. Services
- The Provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:
- access to content, including technical articles;
- online configurators, including the distribution board configurator, for preliminary equipment selection and preparing a bill of materials;
- the option to send a quotation request or a bill of materials by email.
- No registration is required. The service agreement is concluded when you start using the Website and ends when you stop using it (close the page).
§3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and local storage (localStorage) enabled, and an email account to send an enquiry.
§4. Rules of use
- Users must use the Website lawfully and in good faith; supplying unlawful content and disrupting the Website are prohibited.
- Website content (texts, graphics, configurator software) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Provider or is used under licence. Manufacturers’ names and trademarks, including ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens and Legrand, belong to their owners and are used solely to identify products.
§5. Nature of configurator results
- Configurator results (circuits, protective devices, board layout, bills of materials and part numbers) are informational and supporting. They are not an electrical installation design and not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
- An electrical installation should be designed, installed and verified by a qualified person in accordance with applicable regulations and standards (including HD 60364), taking measurements and supply conditions into account.
- The Provider takes care to keep data and algorithms correct but does not guarantee that results are fit for a particular application. This does not exclude or limit liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it.
§6. Quotation requests and sales
- Sending an enquiry or a bill of materials does not conclude a sales contract. The Provider may prepare an individual offer on that basis.
- Sales of goods in the Website’s online shop are governed by the Shop Terms and Conditions. Contracts concluded on the basis of an individual offer are governed by the terms stated in the offer. Consumers’ statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract, remain unaffected.
§7. Complaints about electronic services
- Complaints about the Website can be sent to info@automatics.pro or by post to our registered office, with a description of the problem and contact details.
- The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies by the same channel.
§8. Personal data
Personal data processing and cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
§9. Disputes and governing law
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and the regional Trade Inspection (information: uokik.gov.pl), or the consumer bodies of their country of residence.
- Polish law governs contracts concluded under these Terms. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
§10. Changes
The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, services or Website features). Changes apply from publication on the Website; services started earlier are governed by the version in force at that time. These Terms apply from 20 October 2026.
